Bob Doyle is one of the Democratic Party’s most successful general consultants; he and Dave Heller have collaborated on many successful races together over the past 25 years. Bob has done PAC fundraising and/or general consulting for more than 50 Members of Congress – spanning both competitive and solidly Democratic districts, as well as multiple statewide officials and dozens of local and municipal officeholders. He has also overseen numerous Independent Expenditure/SuperPAC campaigns, winning 84% of them. His clients include a wide variety of organizations, among them Ocean Champions and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, for whom he helped elect Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) and U.S. Reps. Gwen Graham (D-FL), Carol Shea-Porter (D-NH) and 6 Members of Congress from California. Bob also handled race-specific efforts that helped elect Gov. Andy Beshear (KY) and San Francisco Mayor London Breed.
Bob is known for his aggressive strategy and disciplined approach to campaign planning, budgeting, and execution. He helped author wins in nationally targeted races for U.S. Sen. Joe Donnelly (D-IN), U.S. Reps. Mike Thompson (D-CA) and Darren Soto (D-FL), and former U.S. Reps. Allen Boyd (D-FL), Ken Lucas (D-KY), Mike Michaud (D-ME), Lincoln Davis (D-TN), and Dennis Moore (D-KS). Bob has deep experience in Hispanic and African American media and has won multiple awards for his digital media. He and his wife Mary live on the Emerald Coast in Northwest Florida.
